Eyewear OEM & Manufacturing Services

Eyewear OEM Manufacturing
Production executed strictly to client-provided technical drawings, CAD files, and material specifications. Engineering teams review design feasibility, evaluate tolerance stacks, and manage tooling fabrication for injection molding or CNC milling.

Eyewear ODM Manufacturing
Pre-engineered platform models available for custom branding and minor structural modifications. Clients select from existing frame silhouettes, adjust bridge widths, specify colorways, and apply proprietary components without investing in primary mold development.

Custom Frame Development
• Materials: Cellulose acetate, TR90 (polyamide), injected polycarbonate, pure titanium, stainless steel, and carbon fiber composites.
• Component Integration: Five-barrel or seven-barrel hinges, German-engineered spring hinges, customizable core wires for temple adjustments, and laser-engraved sizing markers.
• Engineering Support: 3D prototype printing, CNC milling validation, and structural stress testing for hinge durability.

Custom Lens Options
• Materials: CR-39, Polycarbonate, TAC (Triacetate Cellulose), Nylon, and mineral glass.
• Coatings: Anti-reflective (AR), hydrophobic, oleophobic, mirror flash, polarization, and blue-light blocking filters.
• Optical Compliance: Drop-ball impact testing, UV400 blocking verification, and ANSI Z87.1 or EN ISO 12312-1 certification support.

Custom Colors & Finishes
• Acetate Treatments: Hand-polishing, tumbling, matte finish, gradient fading, and multi-layer laminations.
• Metal Platings: Vacuum electroplating (IP plating) for gold, gunmetal, rose gold, and matte black; laser etching for distressed or brushed textures.
• Injection Molding: Pantone-matched pigment compounding and rubberized soft-touch tactile coatings.

Custom Logo & Branding
• Techniques: Laser engraving on temples or lenses, metal badge inlay, silk-screening on inner temple tips, hot-foil stamping on case interiors, and custom-molded temple core logos.

Custom Packaging
• Deliverables: Rigid folding boxes, microfiber cleaning pouches embossed with brand marks, branded hard cases (leatherette, EVA, or metallic shells), and barcode-compliant outer carton labeling.

Manufacturing Workflow & Quality Control

Prototype & Sample Development
• Tech Pack Review: Engineering evaluation of 2D/3D drawings for draft angles, wall thicknesses, and shrinkage rates.
• Rapid Prototyping: 3D SLA/SLS printing or CNC machining for initial fit and ergonomic testing.
• Tooling & Sample Run: Aluminum or steel mold creation followed by a 10-piece pilot run for dimensional verification. Lead time: 15 to 25 days.

Mass Production
• Batch Scheduling: Component stamping, cutting, tumbling, and assembly lines coordinated via ERP tracking.
• Capacity: Scalable output utilizing automated CNC cutting machines, multi-axis polishing drums, and dedicated assembly stations.

Quality Inspection
Inspections performed according to ISO 2859-1 (ANSI/ASQC Z1.4) AQL 1.0/2.5 sampling standards:
• Incoming Material Check: Raw material spectrum analysis and tensile strength verification.
• In-Process Control: Dimensional checks on bridge width, lens groove depth, and temple angle symmetry using optical comparators.
• Final QA: Hinge fatigue testing, drop-ball impact resistance, coating adhesion cross-hatch tests, and final visual defect sorting prior to packaging.
